5 Year Guarantee

We design all our products to last, and we test and manufacture to the highest quality standards. If your USEITT product has a defect in materials or workmanship during the five years, we will replace the defective part or product upon receipt of it and your proof of purchase.

Also, if any customer’s USEITT product has a defect in materials or workmanship within 30 days of purchase, customers may return it with proof of purchase for either a refund back to the original form of payment or have it exchanged.

USEITT’s 5 Year Product Guarantee excludes damage caused by misuse or accidents. Misuse includes failure to follow instructions detailed for each product.

Please note the canopy also has a five year no fade warranty.

Returns & Refunds

Returns of any USEITT product that is deemed defective with proof of purchase, as well as defective products purchased more than 30 days earlier, will be exchanged upon receipt of the defective product(s).

Refunds if when approved, will be applied back to the same payment method used when the product was ordered. In certain cases a 3.5 % merchant or re-stock fee could apply.
